✦ our story ✦

A corner where
time slows down

It started with a briki, a bag of beans, and a stubborn belief that coffee should never be rushed. On a quiet corner of Avlonos street in Sepolia (Σεπόλια), we opened our doors — a handful of chairs in the sun, bread warm from the neighbourhood oven, and coffee brewed the old way, siga siga.

The recipes come from our grandmother's notebook. The olives come from the Peloponnese. The conversations come from everyone who sits down — and stays a little longer than they planned.

The village ritual

Slow Coffee

Every Greek coffee is brewed to order on hot sand — never hurried, always with a proper kaimaki foam on top.

Baked at Dawn

Bread and pites arrive from the wood oven before sunrise. Whatever is left by sunset goes home with the neighbours.

Made for Lingering

No wifi passwords asked, no tables turned. Order once, stay all afternoon — that is the whole point.
